Part of being a great hairstylist is developing an eye for detail, which means we tend to see things that the average person doesn’t notice. Believe me screwing up someone’s hair is really embarrassing and feels awful. The right stylist will freely admit to being wrong and are willing to do something about it. That is why if my clients within two weeks of service needs an adjustment, I do not charge them again! It’s good practice for a follow up to the original service within the two week policy because I want you feeling nothing but satisfied and confident with your new look. It’s all about Quality!
